Our meal kit service provides fresh, pre-portioned ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes, allowing you to cook delicious meals at home. Orders are placed a la carte, so you can choose as few or as many meals as you'd like.
We are currently offering orders on a rolling/ weekly basis. Orders must be submitted by Monday for pickup the following Sunday/Monday. You can easily choose your pickup day when placing your order. We are working on expanding to offer more frequent pickup options in the future.
No, there is no minimum order requirement. You can order as few or as many meals as you like.
You can pick up your order at our new kitchen space in Yukon Provisions (#8 - 151 Industrial Rd) on Sunday from 1-3pm or Monday from 4-6pm.
Sustainability is important to Sunrise Nutrition. We use reusable glass jars, paper bags, and minimal plastic packaging to maintain freshness. There is a small deposit on the glass jars, which will be refunded when you return them.
You can return the glass jars at any of our pickup locations, during meal kit pickup times (Sundays @ 1-3pm, and Mondays @ 4-6pm). Once returned, your deposit will be refunded in cash.
Upon launch, all meal kits include ingredients to make 4 portions. Sunrise Nutrition is committed to making our kits convenient for households of all sizes. We are working on expanding our offerings to include the option of 2 portions, 4 portions, or 8 portions.
We identify common allergens within each menu option, and you can filter out specific allergens while ordering. While not all ingredients are listed, customers can reach out to us at hello@sunrisenutrition.ca for specific ingredient lists if needed.
